Mossberg’s 930 Tactical – 8 Shot SPX Semi-Auto Shotgun boasts a self-regulating gas system designed to reduce recoil and prevent strain on crucial components. These shotguns effortlessly handle both 2.75-inch and 3-inch 12-gauge shotshells, accommodating various loads from standard to high-performance. Models with extended magazine tubes can hold up to 7+1 rounds, while those without can carry 4+1 rounds. Each Mossberg 930 includes adjustable spacers for customizing the stock’s horizontal and vertical angles, ensuring a personalized fit for every shooter.

Safety features are paramount in specialized firearms, and the 930 is engineered with this in mind. Its receiver-mounted safety is easily accessible for both right and left-handed users, while a prominent chrome cocking-indicator button indicates the weapon’s status at a glance. Unloading is simplified with the Mossberg EZ-Empty system, allowing for quick removal of shotshells from the magazine.

All 930 Special Purpose models come with a drilled and tapped receiver, ready for installing Picatinny rails, scope bases, or optics. The 930 SPX variants are equipped with a factory-mounted Picatinny rail and an LPA/M16-Style Ghost Ring combination sight, providing out-of-the-box versatility. Additional sighting options include a basic front bead or white-dot front sights.
